Production: Training on our Professional 5-Step Wood Restoration Process & our 3-Step Maintenance Process will take two weeks working with one of our training teams at one of our training franchises.
Sales: Estimating and sales training will initially take place in one of our training locations during the two weeks of training with follow up training in the franchises owners territory once they have begun marketing.
This will include how to use our estimating software which is provided by Deck Medic along with a tablet & printer to print estimates in the sales vehicles.
Business Management: We will assist you in all facets of your new business and give you all the tools you will need for success. We will teach you how to start your company and run it effectively as an owner operator or semi-passive owner.
This will include how to run the job sites, scheduling, payroll, bill paying, invoicing, dealing with customer and solving employee issues.
