We have an extensive training program designed to make you knowledgeable in our field. Our training program consists of classroom and in-store training.
Training begins at our corporate office in Portland, Oregon. You will spend up to ten days focusing on management skills, food preparation, personnel administration and store promotions. Prior to the opening of your store, we'll provide in-store training for you and your staff. Training ensures your store's opening goes smoothly, and it works to increase your store's long-term performance.
Since training is the most important aspect of a successful restaurant, we will continue the training process with frequent store visitations, Operations Manual updates and other information to keep you current with operational enhancements and recipe innovations.
