With chicken at the core of our Appealing Menu, Church's is positively positioned within a growth segment of the Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) industry. Chicken consumption is currently at 82 pounds per capita and projected to continue to increase, growing faster than all other protein types. Church's quality menu offerings have global appeal that meets the taste profiles of people all around the world.

Church's Highly Efficient Restaurant design was created with ease of use in mind, resulting in operational efficiency and increased speed of service. Our newest prototype is bolstering our Return on Investment (ROI) prospects, making for Strong Unit Economics. At 1800 sq. ft., our footprint is significantly smaller than that of our competitors, providing for lower real estate and construction costs which equal lower cost of entry for our franchisees. Church's also provides for venue flexibility; food courts, convenience stores, etc.

Our Simple Operating System employs production procedures that simplify operations and reduce labor costs. Many of Church's products arrive pre-prepared, and batch preparation and cooking processes allow others to be prepared easily and efficiently.

Our fryer based product line, in addition to Church's low staffing requirements (half that of our competitors), makes for a highly efficient service team. Our training requirements are consistent with other high-volume QSR concepts. However, the ease of cross training coupled with multi-tasking procedures we employ result in Higher Labor Productivity.

Church's presence in both Urban and Suburban communities has created strong appeal for our product across a diverse customer base. Our Hispanic and African American guests return to Church's 2 & 3 times as often as to any other QSR. The projected growth rate of these consumers far exceeds that of the overall population, providing a rapidly Growing Customer Base for our concept.
