This manual is used in your store as a reference guide for daily store operations, problem solving, and an aid for training staff. Prior to the opening of your store, we'll provide in-store training for you and your staff. Training ensures your store's opening goes smoothly, and it works to increase your store's long-term performance.
Since training is the most important aspect of a successful restaurant, we will continue the training process with frequent store visitations, Operations Manual updates and other information to keep you current with operational enhancements and recipe innovations.
